These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wowpk1 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wowpk1 website located at wowpk1.cam and all associated services, applications, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a user account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise interacting with wowpk1, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

wowpk1 is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform designed to serve users who wish to engage with sports betting, live casino products and related entertainment content. The Platform provides information and facilitates access to betting services. Users from Pakistan are reminded that gambling activities may be subject to restrictions under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake of real money placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered via the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to fully activate an Account and process withdrawals.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited by a User from their own financial resources, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Services" means all products, features, content, tools and functionalities made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wagering turnover a User must achieve on Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on wowpk1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of wowpk1 or any affiliated company, or a close relative of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and must keep that information current at all times.

Registration of an Account constitutes a representation and warranty by you that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Clause. wowpk1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, your date of birth, and your country of residence. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other point at the Platform's discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process typically requires:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address where required, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness check in which you hold your identity document, as directed by the operator's verification system.
• Verification of any payment method used to deposit funds.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents through unsecured email, messaging applications or social media channels. You must never alter, obscure, falsify or digitally manipulate any document submitted for KYC purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wowpk1 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All financial transactions on the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers, are subject to the policies set out in this Clause and any supplementary payment terms notified by the operator from time to time.

You may fund your Account using the payment methods made available by the operator at the time of your transaction. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change without prior notice. Familiar local payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for context; however, the actual availability of any specific method must be confirmed with the operator directly. No endorsement of gambling by any of these payment providers is implied or should be inferred.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between 24 hours and 7 business days depending on the method selected and any additional verification requirements.

wowpk1 reserves the right to apply additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Where amounts are referenced on this Platform, they may be expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for illustrative and local familiarity purposes. Actual transaction currency is determined by the operator and displayed in your Account settings.

By placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general betting and gaming rules. Product-specific rules for individual sports, markets or casino games are supplemental to these Terms and take precedence where they conflict in relation to that specific product.

A bet is not accepted until the Platform has issued a confirmation of the bet with a unique bet reference number. No bet is confirmed solely by the deduction of funds from your Account balance. wowpk1 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

If a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds resulting from technical failures, human error or third-party data feed errors — wowpk1 reserves the right to void such bets, whether settled or unsettled. In such cases, any winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the affected Account.

Sports betting markets cover events including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and combat sports, and esports events. The availability of specific markets, including in-play or live betting options, is subject to change based on event scheduling, data provider availability and operator discretion. Odds are updated in real time for live markets and wowpk1 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific market or odds value.

Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer games, are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology unless otherwise specified in the game's product information.

wowpk1 may, at the operator's discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which must be read carefully before opting in.

• Bonus funds are awarded only to eligible Accounts that have satisfied any conditions precedent specified in the promotion (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit, promo code entry).
• All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion.
• Where both Real Funds and Bonus Funds are present in an Account, wagers are typically deducted from Real Funds first unless specified otherwise by the operator.

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not approved by wowpk1.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account.

wowpk1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an entertainment activity conducted within personal financial limits. The following tools and protections are available to users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on total net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session duration and receive time-on-site alerts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely cease gambling on the Platform may request self-exclusion. This process is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and is initiated by contacting support.

Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or older (or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable license jurisdiction). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of wowpk1.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. wowpk1 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowpk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds or market data caused by third-party data feed errors;
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials;
• Any legal, regulatory or financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

wowpk1 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator and communicated through the Platform's official licensing disclosures.

Any dispute between you and wowpk1 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless a different dispute resolution procedure is specified by the operator.
